Summary of our Online Workshop in May 2026: How CCAM Re-Designs Jobs & Skills

Last month, the ReSKILLING Project organised an online validation workshop to discuss preliminary findings on the employment and skills impacts of CCAM.
During the workshop, collecting almost 45 participants keen to contribute, project partners presented:
1 preliminary skills matrix findings across CCAM deployment levels
2 employment forecasting results and future labour market scenarios
3 expected impacts on specific workforce groups
4 persona-based reskilling journeys to support inclusive workforce transitions
Participants also worked in interactive breakout sessions to identify barriers and enablers for different worker profiles, highlighting issues such as ageism, language barriers, limited access to training, digital confidence, inclusive qualification formats, public funding and gender-sensitive career guidance.
The feedback collected will support next activities, including training-related outputs, reskilling pathways, impact assessment and policy recommendations.
