He brings expertise on labour issues in urban mobility and contributes perspectives on how policy and technological change affect workers across the urban transport and logistics sectors.
Cecilia Medina

Cecilia leads innovation and talent development at SERNAUTO, the national association representing Spain’s automotive suppliers. She brings expertise in aligning industry needs with public policy, coordinating the Spanish Automotive and Mobility Technology Platform – M2F, managing national and EU projects, and driving forward training strategies.
Konstantin Kolasa

Konstantin is Cluster Manager at e-mobil BW, the State Agency for New Mobility Solutions and Automotive in Baden-Württemberg. He brings expertise in fostering collaboration between industry, academia, and public institutions to advance automated, connected, and electric mobility, as well as innovative vehicle technologies within a resource- and energy-efficient mobility system.
Armin Duttine

Armin Duttine works and has worked in different roles in transport policy, covering different transport modes. As responsible for national and international policy and former head of the ver.di’s EU Liaison Office he has a wide range of international experiences and contacts. Representing employees in diverse mobility sectors, ver.di offers key insights into how digitalisation and automation impact jobs, ensuring that worker needs and fair transitions remain central to skills and innovation strategies.
Dr Siddartha Khastgir

Prof Siddartha Khastgir leads work on the safety of autonomous systems at WMG, University of Warwick, UK and serves as the Director of PAVE UK, a coalition dedicated to advancing public understanding of automated vehicle technologies. He brings deep expertise in AI safety, standardisation, and cross-sector collaboration to support safe and trusted CCAM deployment.
Bjørne Grimsrud

Bjørne is Director of TØI, Norway’s national centre for transport research. The institute conducts applied research on transport-related issues and promotes the use of research findings to inform public policy, industry practices, and public understanding. Bjørne also brings strategic insight into how evidence-based research supports sustainable and efficient mobility systems.
Prof. Cristina Pronello

Cristina Pronello is Full Professor of Transport at Politecnico di Torino and and Founder and CEO of Mobyforall. She brings deep academic and practical expertise in transport systems and mobility with attention to ITS and behavioural research. She also acted as Coordinator of the WeTransform project, predecessor project of RESKILLING.
Matteo Sgarzi

Matteo is Head of Mission for International Relations at Céreq, a French public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour. He brings expertise in education and training systems, contributing to research that helps link learning pathways with employment outcomes and supports informed decision-making across the labour and training sectors.
Prof. Fotini Kehagia

Fotini is Professor of Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She brings academic expertise in infrastructure planning and design, with a focus on geometric design, sustainable mobility and the integration of innovative technologies into civil engineering and urban development.
Dr Henriette Cornet

Henriette is CEO of Urban Innovate and an expert in sustainable urban mobility and autonomous vehicles. She brings a global perspective on the challenges of autonomous mobility, public transport innovation, and inclusive urban planning. A former coordinator of the SHOW project, she also serves as a Senior Expert at the European Commission.
