ReSKILLING meets in Zaragoza for the 3rd Partner Board Meeting

Last week, the ReSKILLING Project Consortium gathered in Zaragoza, Spain, hosted by the Zaragoza Logistics Center, for the 3rd Partner Board Meeting.
During the Year 2 of the project, several activities are progressing:
- Through interviews with workers across the mobility ecosystem, the project is analysing how professions may evolve. These insights will feed into a forecasting exercise based on four future scenarios we have identified.
- ReSKILLING is studying the challenges and opportunities faced by special groups (underrepresented or vulnerable), including women, older workers, labour market entrants, workers with low STEM background, immigrants, people with disabilities, etc.
- We have identified 8 to 9 operational Use Cases describing real CCAM deployment situations.
- The project has spotted 10 potential business models related to CCAM deployment and is developing case studies based on literature reviews, workshops, and interviews with research and industry stakeholders.
- We are currently prioritising 20 (re)training schemes, developing 5 curricula to retain existing jobs, creating 5 curricula for emerging jobs, with 3 of these to fully transform into training modules.
- We are building the CCAM Employment & Skills Observatory that will provide comprehensive insights into, jobs affected by CCAM, emerging professional roles, and future skills required in the mobility ecosystem. Further, we are creating a Project Inventory with all relevant project- and CCAM-related material!
