ReSKILLING introduces its Taxonomy of Skills for CCAM workforce transformation in an event on new skills for logistics

Last week, Zaragoza Logistics Center, in collaboration with Centro Español de Logistica, has hosted the local event 'Talent Forum and New Profiles in Logistics and Transport Activities'.

The event has investigated how new technologies are redefining skills, professional profiles and ways of attracting, developing and retaining talent in the logistics and transport domain.

New factors like automation, digitalisation of processes, the need for more hybrid profiles pose key challenges for workers companies, institutions and training centres alike.

On this occasion, Susana Val has presented the context and goals of our project and CCAM Association, and more specifically showcasing the taxonomy skills for CCAM workforce transformation.

The taxonomy represents a repository of knowledge and skills that we have developed to guide reskilling and upskilling strategies for the sector.
