Final day at EUCAD2025: RESKILLING wraps up a successful exhibition!
As EUCAD2025 comes to a close, the RESKILLING consortium proudly concludes a dynamic and fruitful participation at this year’s event. Hosted in collaboration with the CCAM ERAS initiative, our project booth served as a hub for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and new connections.
Throughout the event, and especially during the final day, RESKILLING project representatives engaged with a wide range of stakeholders from across the transport and mobility sectors. Conversations focused on the transformative impact of Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM) technologies on employment trends and workforce preparedness in Europe’s transport ecosystem.
Stakeholder Engagement & Research Insights
These rich exchanges have provided valuable insights that will directly feed into RESKILLING’s ongoing research activities—particularly our work on identifying emerging skill needs, mapping vulnerable workforce segments, and designing inclusive reskilling pathways.
Stakeholders expressed strong interest in contributing to the project’s knowledge base. If you haven’t yet shared your perspective, there is still time to do so through our short online survey:
Acknowledgements
We would like to sincerely thank the European Commission, the CCAM Association, and the FAME Project for organising this high-impact event and offering a platform for RESKILLING to showcase its work.
A special thank-you goes to all participants who visited our booth, shared their expertise, and helped spark essential conversations about the future of the transport workforce in the era of CCAM deployment.
